1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DevLuxe (a product of CyberCraft), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our service immediately.
2. Description of Service
DevLuxe provides a suite of browser-based utilities including image processing, developer tools, and text utilities. These services are provided 'as is' and may be updated or modified without prior notice.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use DevLuxe for generating illegal, deceptive, or malicious content. Automated scraping of our tools or interface, and any attempt to bypass our security or credit system, is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription & Credits
Pro subscriptions and credit packages are processed via Paddle.com. Tool credits are deducted per use based on the current rates set by the administration. Subscriptions can be managed via the user dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
All technology, code, and branding elements of DevLuxe are the property of CyberCraft. While users retain full ownership of the input files and generated outputs, you grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CyberCraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free processing.
